What to Expect

When you visit our church, you will receive a warm personal welcome from our members when you enter. We enjoy meeting new people and want to make you feel welcome the minute you step through our doors. Our services are somewhat traditional in structure, but not liturgical or formal. Our Worship Director leads in both traditional hymns and comtemporary choruses. Preaching is done from the English Standard Version with plenty of practical application to help you in your daily living. Although, Christian living is based on solid biblical teaching, the applications have to be practical ones which can be applied in our lives. That is what you will get at Christ Fellowship Baptist Church. You will receive teaching to help you grow in your Christian life and to deal successfully with the issues you face each day.

After the service, we usually have a time for refreshments and socializing to get to know each other better, especially visitors. We offer Sunday School classes before our main worship service and also a service on Sunday nights. Wednesdays, we meet for a time of prayer. And that is what we really do- we pray! We are a church which believes in the power of prayer. Many of us are old enough to have seen many answers to prayer in our lifetimes. We pray for each other and we pray for those in our community.
